Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Commercial Taxes Department, Jharkhand on July 17, 2026, issued notification to extend the GSTR-3B filing due date.

The Commissioner has extended the due date for filing FORM GSTR-3B for the month of March 2026. Based on the recommendations of the GST Council, registered persons are now allowed to file the return up to April 21, 2026.

This extension applies to taxpayers required to furnish returns under Section 39(1) read with Rule 61(1)(i) of the JGST Rules, 2017. The notification is deemed to have come into effect from April 20, 2026.
